I have visited the Christian Sanderson Museum near the Brandywine River Museum in southeastern Pennsylvania. The collection is in his home and consists of all the odd bits of memorabilia that this man "collected" during his life. It is a wonderful time capsule view of the values of an ordinary, if eccentric, person. He was an avid vadalizer of everthing from "Lucky" Lindy's plane to a splinter from Lincoln's chair at the Ford theater. All these relics are piously enshrined in a very Americanized cabinet de curiosites! Rebecca -- ***************************** * Rebecca Leuchak * * [log in to unmask] * *****************************
