Gary, The Institute for Photographic Studies, a non-profit organization, circulates the work of 17 contemporary North American photographers. The rental fee ranges from $800 to $2700 plus pro-rated shipping and insurance. IPS rebates 40-50% of the fee to the photographer who is responsible for framing to IPS specifications. In essence they are receiving an honorarium for each installation. Hope this helps, e-mail me off list if you wish greater detail.
