The Art and Architecture Thesaurus Getty Art History Information Program announces Two workshops in the United Kingdom Using the Art and Architecture Thesaurus for Object Documentation Portsmouth, October 17, 1994 Using the Art and Architecture Thesaurus for documenting Objects and Textual Materials London, October 19, 1994 You are invited to participate in a workshop on the use of the Art and Architecture Thesaurus for the documentation and retrieval of objects and textual materials in museums, libraries and special collections. This is an opportunity to do hands-on exercises using both the print and electronic editions of the expanded AAT Second Edition. In addition, the Union List of Artist Names (ULAN) will be introduced in the workshops. Participants to the workshop will receive a copy of the new publication the Guide to Indexing and Cataloging with the Art and Architecture Thesaurus.
