For those who want a handy leaflet on labeling museum specimens, the Materials
Conservation Laboratory, Texas Memorial Museum, published "Conservation Notes"
in the mid-80s with an issue on this topic.  The only thing "out-of-date" I
see is the dissolution of B-72 in toluene,which I think is more harmful to the
human body than acetone.
