AASLH Live Webinar: How to Manage a Digitization Project

Learn the basics of digitization management through understanding how to prepare your materials for digitization, project workflows, and digitization best practices.

This webinar is open to all but will help organizations enrolled in STEPS address Stewardship of Collections Standard 1: The institution is a good steward of its resources held in the public trust. The Standards and Excellence Program for History Organizations (STEPS)<https://aaslh.org/professional-development/steps/> is a self-study, self-paced assessment tool designed specifically for small- to mid-sized history organizations, including volunteer-run institutions. Through a workbook, online resources, and an online community, organizations enrolled in STEPS review their policies and practices and benchmark themselves against national standards.
