They will get back to you! I have contacted them a few times recently. I have had files missing from original install folder that prohibited me from having donor letter features.  They helped resolve that, I bet they can help you as well.

I dont know where you live, but remember they are on east coast time.

Ours isn't. It's kind of a mishmash of terms entered by staff and volunteers over the years. Has anyone encountered this problem with PP 5.0? I left a message with PP, but because of COVID, I'm not sure when they'll be able to get back to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
