They did get back to me, thanks! I was concerned that they may not be in their offices. They're going to help me resolve it.

Ours isn't. It's kind of a mishmash of terms entered by staff and volunteers over the years. Has anyone encountered this problem with PP 5.0? I left a message with PP, but because of COVID, I'm not sure when they'll be able to get back to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
