I forgot that the term "creepers" is also
used for andirons, andogs, firedogs. (German:
Kaminböcke)
Therefore, it would be usefull to use the specified term mechanic's creeper for that object. An "automotive creeper" could be misleading...

If you want to conform to the Nomenclature standards, then it would be a "wheeled platform". If you want to be descriptive so that someone who is looking for it can find it then put it in you database as a "mechanic's creeper".
If you are using PastPerfect you can go into the Lexicon and classify it under Land Transportation - Accessory.--
