Hello everyone out there in MUSEUM-L land. We are about to be gifted about 100 tablet devices which we will provide to users to enjoy our web-based gallery tour content. We have google analytics providing information about traffic to this tour content. MOST of the traffic originates from our guest wifi network and we have a dedicated external IP so that we can still block other traffic from our corporate network hitting our website. Now I'm trying to think of ways with GA that I can distinguish traffic from these specific in-house devices from all the other traffic (mostly from BYOD devices) that shows up in GA. Any thoughts on this? I guess we can create a second guest SSID for these devices with an associated external IP.. any other ideas? Next question - is anyone here using either Cisco CMX and/or SocialSign.in ? Same deal - If possible I want to be able to distinguish the walking around the museum that our in-house devices do from the walking around that visitor BYOD devices do. Any thoughts on this are welcome! Thanks a million! Best wishes, Joshua Joshua S.
