Hello all, The American Museum of Natural History (NYC) seeks a Digital Technical Lead to join its dynamic Digital team. Summary and link below. === The Digital Technical Lead provides Digital Media department and organizational support for digital properties in the areas of front-end application development (JavaScript/CSS/HTML), including CMS technical support, mobile applications, and other product deliverables as needed. This role also supports the Marketing department, Editorial department, Information Technology department and third-party vendors on technical tasks, provides QA support and test design for digital products, advises on software and platform strategies, and assists in other technical activities on an as-needed basis. Qualifications * Experience providing general front-end application development and support (customer-facing and code-level support). * Functional testing experience. * Familiarity with digital application architecture. * Basic understanding of code versioning (Git), and best practices for code development, testing, and maintenance. * Associates or Bachelor’s degree. (Experience may be used in lieu of education.)
