I know this has been discussed before, but would be very interested to hear from those who rent their facilities for weddings, parties and fundraisers, etc. In particular, I'm hoping for your observations on the following questions.
- What parts of your buildings/facilities are available for rent?
- Do you feel the work involved and the wear and tear on the facility justify the income produced? Does it enable your organization to survive?
- Does the income live up to expectations?
- Roughly what percentage of your net (vs. gross) earned income is derived from rentals?
