I would also advocate for considering repatriation of these objects to the Indigenous communities in Canada where they were produced. The reconciliation project is beginning in earnest in Canada, and providing items such as these to the communities most connected to them is an important part of this process, even if the items currently reside outside of Canada. Those communities should have right of first refusal. There are a number of organizations, like the ones previously mentioned, that may be able to assist with this process, so I'll simply add the Museum of Inuit Art in Toronto.
