We are seeking to appoint a Learning Manager who will ensure the delivery of a vibrant, engaging dynamic schools and families offer that draws on the Museum’s narrative and Army attributes to help create a modern, relevant and appealing Museum for formal learning audiences from early years to KS5, and families.
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the Museum’s new learning facility, and ensure a responsive schools learning programme that will include taught sessions, in-gallery resources, pre-and post-visit resources, stand-alone resources and digital resources. The post also involves line management of two Learning Producers as well as overseeing the work of freelancers and volunteers. Experience of operating and delivering a learning service and developing learning resources are essential as is line management responsibility.
