We have a mock dig area that has always been sand filled. From the beginning I have always wanted to replace it with something that is easier to maintain and clean regularly. We had a vomit incident over the weekend and have fully emptied the pit. Rather then refill it with sand I was hoping for some good alternatives. I want to avoid crumb rubber because of the possible health issues. Does anyone have a good, proven alternative they have used? Thank you.
