Strong Solar Flare Seen, Although Approaching Sunspot Minimum
After turning towards the Earth in thelast few days, large Sunspot AR2665 emitted a large solar flare lateon Thursday (July 13). This is despite the fact that the Suncontinues getting quieter as it approaches Solar Minimum, the nadir expected around 2019-2020.
