The University of Kansas Natural History Museum seeks a Museum Education Coordinator for a small department to develop and implement a range of science education programs and services. The museum educator’s responsibilities include teaching, research and development, and administration of engaging science programs. This person should be creative, enthusiastic and curious about science and natural history, comfortable with presenting challenging material, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Master’s degree in a relevant field OR Bachelor’s and 3 years related experience, and a minimum of 1 year professional science teaching experience required.
