There is a function within the app to report problems like this. Unfortunately, you need to have the app downloaded to access the report function. In the settings menu, select "Report High-Priority Issue." This takes you to an external reporting center for game issues. Under "Gameplay Questions," select "Report an issue with a Gym or Pokestop." From what I understand, they've been responsive about removing Gyms and Pokestops that are causing problems like yours. Hopefully you can have this problem remedied sooner rather than later.

In the last week, we have had people angry AT US because of the admission cost, driving their cars on our grounds, and trying to sneak in during closed hours....all so they can get a Pokemon gym. We didn't ask to be part of it. In fact, we didn't know our museum had a location until people started showing up.

I have spent hours scouring the internet looking for a phone number or email address to contact the company and ask them to move the location to our parking lot or remove us completely. So far, no luck! For us, it has not been a good experience so far.
