Our vacuums are all backpack ‘Sanitaire’ 6qt, cost just under $400, and are available through ULINE Shipping specialists at www.ULINE.com .    I’ve also had various back pack vacuums from ‘Pro-Team’ which have been available through Granger Industrial Supply at www.grainger.com  .  We have 3 historic houses and  I’ve found the smaller backpack models are perfect for museum/historic house cleaning. They  are usually under $500.  Bags are about $16-$20 a pack of 10.  They weigh less than 15lbs.
