Another though, is asking whom ever manages the budget(s). They should have noted the purpose of any incoming funds. Otherwise, Anne is right, a 'good' contact will know the whos and whats with donors.

Jessica, is/was there a board? Would this information have been kept in board records? Otherwise, the phrase “too numerous to mention” comes to mind . . .

Wise Listers, I need your help.

I inherited a 6 year old project. With the creation of a catalogue the project will be 11 years old and complete. The catalogue's project donor list may not be complete since the leadership has changed and the tracking methods were not consistent.

Any thoughts on a sentence noting thanks to anyone who was unintentionally left off? (just writing that makes me cringe)

Thank you!!
Jessica
