Wise Listers, I need your help.

I inherited a 6 year old project. With the creation of a catalogue the project will be 11 years old and complete. The catalogue's project donor list may not be complete since the leadership has changed and the tracking methods were not consistent.

Any thoughts on a sentence noting thanks to anyone who was unintentionally left off? (just writing that makes me cringe)
