Hello everyone,

During the summer I am going to start the inventory of the artifacts in a small rural museum in a school in Perú. There is no previous inventory of the collections in this museum, and it is mostly archaeological artifacts.

Do you have any recommendations on which app works good to do inventory of museum artifacts? I want to work on the inventory of their artifacts by using a free/cheap app that works on iPads. This app must be in Spanish and/or work for Spanish speakers. I also want that community members, high school students and teachers help me in this process, so they can continue with the inventory when I
won´t be there. I can have a backup of all the files in an laptop/external hard drive. Also, I won’t have internet access in the area.

Please let me know any suggestions on how to create a good inventory database.

Thanks for helping make work better!

Eli
