New Ways of Providing Public Access to Your Archive

This webinar will explore the latest innovations enabling state archives to actively preserve and provide public access to their digital content and records. Veronica Martzahl from the Massachusetts Archives will also join the session to talk about the drivers and requirements for public access, and how the team went about choosing and building their current access platform.

This webinar is free for CoSA Members and all state/territorial archives staff.

Non-members will be charged a $25 registration fee. You can pay your non-member registration fee via our PayPal account.

We will be using WebEx for this webinar. You must register for the webinar by visiting the event information page: https://statearchivists.webex.com/statearchivists/onstage/g.php?MTID=e6e91927a8bf61b0f09253cb092ce4757. Then click on the “Register” link next to Event Status towards the top of the page. This page also shows the date/time of the webinar and will provide a link to the slide presentation as soon as it is available.

After you register for the webinar, you will receive an email with directions for joining the live webinar session. This email will include a link to download the WebEx software you’ll need to run WebEx on your computer. Please try to do this ahead of time if you can. If you do not, you can do it when you log into the session on Thursday. You will also receive two reminder emails, the first will arrive 48 hours prior to the start of the webinar and the second will arrive 45 minutes prior.
