Hello Brian, When I worked at the Sam Waller Museum in The Pas, Manitoba, they had a sound dome suspended from the ceiling in one area of the permanent exhibit that had a small control panel on the wall. Each button on the control panel was labelled with an oral history subject and the name of the person speaking. Visitors could sit on a bench or stand under the done and listen to different oral histories. The histories themselves were snippets, probably about 30-60 seconds in length each, of longer recordings in the archives. I was wondering if anyone has some examples as to how they use oral history or have seen it used.
