Helen,

Do you have pictures?  My interest is the small dessert service Creamware tureen.

Thank you

Dear all,

Carlyle House Historic Park, an AAM-accredited site located in Alexandria, Virginia, has deaccessioned several artifacts from its collection. If anyone is interested in them, please contact me via email at [log in to unmask]. The institution which would be taking the objects would be asked to provide transportation themselves.

Please contact us by Friday, January 15th if you are interested. On January 19th, we will send the remaining deaccessioned artifacts to a local auction house.

Here are the objects:

-Inkwell: glass and wood 19th-century inkwell.

-Book: Mason’s Farrier by Richard Mason (1842).

-Two tables: Walnut tables with balustrades, c. 1750-1765

-Tea service: 20th-century, thirteen-piece

-Two mirrors: Both mirrors date to c. 1750-1770

-Small dessert service Creamware tureen: dates to c. 1770-1780

Thank you,

Helen
