When producing a catalogue for a special exhibition, occasionally it makes sense to include installation shots of the show-especially when major components of the work are site-specific or ephemeral. But to do so means the catalogue will not be ready in time for the opening of the exhibition. Has anyone experienced any positive or negative issues with this? How do lenders/patrons/store managers feel about it?

Thanks for any insight into the pros/cons.
