Hi,

I work for a new museum, The Officer’s Club located in the Presidio, an old military post that was turned into a national park once the army left. Congress created the Presidio Trust to run this park. We are now starting to come up with our plan for conducting evaluations of our exhibitions. Due to the fact that we are a federal agency there is a limit of questions that we are allowed to ask visitors. Because of this we have been considering conducting a more passive visitor observation. I was wondering if anyone who had experience with evaluation might have forms and/or plans they would feel comfortable with sharing.  All advice and suggestions for articles are also welcome.
