Dick Blick has a wide array of easels, you really only need a medium duty one for 50 pounds.

Does anyone have a suggestion of where to find an attractive easel to display a painting with an ornate frame (approximately 50 pounds total)?  None of the ones I’ve seen online look like they have the depth needed to hold the frame properly, nor do they look particularly sturdy.
