For Racine Berkow Associates, Inc., we are seeking a Client Services Manager & Exhibition Coordinator with hands-on experience coordinating international museum exhibitions. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing and supervising all aspects of client services and managing the coordination of museum exhibitions. Duties include: coordinate, oversee and supervise national and international shipments; review, log and respond to all estimate requests; supervise client services associates staff; act as company Security Coordinator for the TSA and maintain all related books and records; maintain job logs, files and databases; manage, develop and maintain relations with new and existing clients; other duties as required. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a fine art shipping company, major museum or gallery with similar responsibilities; experience at a fine art shipping company strongly preferred. BA required; excellent communications, organizational and client management skills essential.
