Interesting list… applicable to many different organizations and any executive/supervisor/leader or employee. The term ‘Passion’ is so overused and misunderstood. Sometimes a leaders passion can eliminate the other two skills making interaction difficult. The term ‘Commitment’ combined with creativity, et.al. means that everyone from the Board of Trustees to the volunteer docent may carry the same skills in assistance to the director to help keep the organization on track.
