Hello listers: 

Our museum is interested in eliminating the traditional paper
sign-in log for visitors, in hopes of transitioning to an electronic form of a
guest log. 

Is there an app that would allow visitors to add to our mailing
list and perferably donate electronically as well? A virtual sign-in log?
