Currently we participate in a Library Pass Program that goes as follows:
We sell a pass to the library (there is a cost per pass, with a discount
on two passes purchased by the same library). Any user eligible to
check items out of that particular library, can check out the pass just
like they would a book or DVD. The pass can be taken out for three days
at a time, and covers two adults and two children for a tour (anyone
else with them pay the regular admission price).

If they fail to return the pass on time, they are charged a late fee by
their library just as you would be a book.

If they lose the pass, the renter is responsible for repaying the cost
of the entire fee as stipulated by the library.

We provide a simple pass, which most libraries have either laminated for
distribution, or have stored in a DVD case to be treated as the pass.

Each pass is purchased for the duration of the season, and all of this
information is outlined on the pass itself.

We really are only responsible for advertising that such a pass is
available to libraries, and they take care of the rest. For our past
season we sold 35 passes between 20 libraries (some bought multiple
passes).
