STARTING ANNUAL SALARY: $29,500.00 plus
benefits
This
position involves work that is highly professional in nature. Its
main responsibility involves collections management, including,
but not limited to: cataloging and recataloging museum collection;
digitizing the collection; and working in collections management
system, Re:discovery Proficio. Incumbent works under the
general supervision of a director.
This
position is a three-year grant funded position.
Education
and experience must meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's
Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in
museum studies, history, or related field.
Prefer
some work experience in museum cataloging, familiarization with
Chenall nomenclature, and/or photography.
