Caleb, for those of us not in on the jargon, perhaps an explanation of "non-user analysis" would help. Otherwise I might be inclined to make something up.

All:

I am a Ph.D student currently enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University. My research area is in non-user analysis.

I know there are lots of non-user success stories out there, but my access to uncovering these outreach stories has been limited. I was wondering if there was anyone (or any institution) willing to share success stories and/or methods. Although I'm looking towards younger, non-white, non-affluent, and undereducated audiences, any successful non-user programming suggestions would be extremely beneficial.

Please reply to this thread or, if you prefer, off-list at [log in to unmask] if you've got ideas or recommendations for non-user studies.I deeply appreciate and look forward all help and guidance on this hot-button issue.

Best,
