Good afternoon-

I'm wondering if anyone else has in their collections bone that was "preserved" by coating it in a wash of Elmer's glue.  Colloquially I'm told that was a field preservation method in the 1960s, but I'm having some trouble locating literature on either 1) this practice in field or lab, and 2) how and with what it is treated today.

Thanks
Amber
