In just a few days, The Hunt Museum and Limerick will welcome world
leaders in community engagement, museums and heritage to provide
educators, community leaders and museum professionals the opportunity to
meet and discuss projects and ideas in informal and enjoyable sessions.

The conference will take place over three days from Thursday 11

relationship between cultural institutions and the communities they
serve. Morning panel sessions will look at the relationships between
culture, education, communities, and social justice. Afternoon
presentations by community groups and cultural practitioners will be
rounded off by informal discussion with the Learning Together's invited
speakers.

Day 2 (Friday 12 Sept) will feature talks by invited speakers and guests
including the keynote lecture by Camille Akeju, Director, Smithsonian
Anacostia Community Museum, Washington DC and a gala dinner at the
Absolute Hotel, Limerick.

Day 3 (Saturday 13 Sept) is a Limerick networking brunch at No. 1 Perry
Square Hotel and Brasserie. This session is open to all conference
participants and sponsored by Failte Ireland. There, participants and
some speakers will be able to continue to share ideas and round off the
