Hello! I am new to my position and just recently found that out that on one of our displays, titled "Historic Currency," has currency that was sadly glued to the exhibit by the exhibit designers over seven years ago. I don't have a ton of experience with conservation, let alone experience removing glue from paper bills. We don't have a conservationist on staff, and our archivist doesn't feel comfortable attempting the removal herself.

So my question is if anyone has any advice, resources, or strong contacts (particularly in the Missouri or Kansas City area) for this type of work?
