Visitors Count! is a visitor survey program offered by AASLH that provides the answers you need to create a successful and thriving museum or historic site.
Successful organizations understand what people expect, need and want when visiting – and what will bring them back. Only your visitors can provide this critical insight. We will soon begin working with client organizations on their custom survey questions. If your museum, historic house or site would like to use Visitors Count! to conduct a visitor survey this summer and fall, the deadline to sign up is May 28th.

Visitors Count! clients report their success:

Roanoke Island Festival Park, Manteo, North Carolina: Annual attendance increased from 80,000 to 208,000 visitors.

National Civil Rights Museum, Memphis: Used demographic information to secure local and national funding for new exhibits.

National Museum of the Pacific War, Fredericksburg, Texas: Used survey results to increase its share of the city’s hotel occupancy tax from $50,000 to $100,000.

Visit the website to learn more about Visitors Count! and how it can help you increase revenue and build a successful and thriving history organization.

This is the last Visitors Count! gate survey opportunity in 2014 so now’s the time to sign up!
