Does anyone have a recommendation? Our museum system operates five museum properties in one city. On any one evening we can have two or three events scheduled (lecture, performance, facility rental etc.) The entities scheduling these events include museum staff (state employees), museum foundation employees (private non-profit) or the friends organization (private non-profit).
The challenge: we need an online event and location scheduling software accessible to both the state employees and the private non-profit partners. We have investigated BasecampHQ, Volunteerspot, and other pay for use vendors. We need to make sure that all scheduled events go through a process of approval by leaders in each organization.
Any recommendations? Most appreciative of any thoughts.
