I will forward your email on to Dennis Van Derlaske, a gentleman who sits on the Prince William County (VA) historic preservation board and has done extensive research on Rosenwald Schools.

My museum is finally moving forward with our Rosenwald School rebuild
project.  We are looking for first person accounts that describe the classroom,
particularly the areas used for  storage.  We are also looking for pictures
of school room interiors  that show storage, seating, etc.  All of this
information is for our historic architect as he makes initial drawings.  We
are building a four-room Rosenwald based on the original plans, but with hidden modifications  to make it more usable.   Any help would be greatly
appreciated.  Pictures can be emailed directly to me.

I will be happy to share all of the data we  collect with anyone.

Thanks ahead of time,
Pat McMillion
