The Asian Art Museum is seeking a talented,
passionate, and highly organized professional to lead its Preparation department.
The Head of Preparation manages the staff and operations of the museum’s
Preparation department; supervises the fabrication, construction, and installation
of exhibitions, the preparation of gallery space for exhibitions, and the
preparation of objects to be exhibited. The position works closely
with curators, artists, conservators, registrars, and other museum staff
in order to produce and coordinate exhibitions and install artworks in
the collection galleries.
