Hello,
  I have been asked to write a grant for the funds to set up a knowledge base, including SharePoint software. I really do not know anything about this, or where to start. The grant itself is in place; they just need a narrative from me. Has anyone set up a nonprofit knowledge base program before or used SharePoint or similar software?
