ECE Program Development Internship

Internship Description

The Molly Brown House Museum is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to work with the Director of Education to create new programming for the Early Childhood Education audience.  This is a new endeavor the Museum is undertaking to reach a broader group of people and begin cultural education at a young age.  This programming will be performed on site as well as part of our outreach programs.  The ECE Intern will research, develop, and examine all programming for this age level.

Qualifications:

This person must have a love of working with young children in a non-traditional setting.
An undergraduate/graduate student working towards a degree or a degree in early childhood education, education along with a love of history is required.

This internship can begin Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 or extend through both depending on program development.  We can also work with the Intern's school to acquire credit for the internship.

Background check will be required.
