I have a personal question.  I own a circa 1830’s house with unfinished hardwood floors.  I have been cleaning them with soapy water.  Last month I had a pretty disgusting pet accident involving a cat and two cups of peanut oil.  Any of you old house people have a cleaning suggestion?
