Summary of Responsibilities:

 

Curator is responsible for the management of the three-dimensional objects in the Railroad and Heritage Museum's collection and the processing of loans. Works with team to develop and execute historical interpretation through exhibits, interpretive signs, website and program content, tours, and lectures.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

Must have proficient knowledge of curatorial work and collections management standards. Experience working with collections and exhibits in a museum. Knowledge and understanding of professional museum standards. Bachelors degree in museum studies, public history, American history, or related field.

 

Compensation:

 

$16.67- $19.43/hr., DOE
