The National WWII Museum seeks a qualified and experienced Curator to join a team of four curators, as part of a larger Collections and Exhibits team. Primary responsibilities will be to develop digital and exhibition content from a large WWII material culture collection. Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree in history, museum studies, public history or related field preferred; 3 - 5 years museum experience required. Must have an extensive and demonstrated knowledge of the American experience in WWII. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities include content development, digital media and asset development, collections management, leading tours and giving lectures or participating in other programming activities. Some night and weekend work is required.

K-12 Curriculum Coordinator
The National World War II Museum is currently looking for a K-12 Curriculum Coordinator.  This position reports to the Assistant Director of Education and is primarily responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of lesson plans, projects, and initiatives for students and teachers nationwide.  In addition, this position will support the management of the Museum's student and teacher residential and travel programs and assist in the recruitment and implementation of the Museum's National History Day program.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, show strong leadership skills, and have demonstrated success in the delivery of educational curricula to teachers and students.  Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are a must.  A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in history, arts administration, museum education or a related field and a minimum of 2 years experience working with teachers and/or students in an educational setting are required.  This position will require travel both within the United States and internationally.
