Also included in the post is a handout she created that gives background on the situation, talks about how the thief was able to commit the crime, and how we were able to catch him and deal with the aftermath.  I know that dealing with thefts in museums is a delicate matter, but we should be able to share this type of knowledge with one another so that we can prevent it from happening to other institutions.  If anyone has any questions about it, please feel free to contact me on or off list.
