The Hunt Museum is currently accepting applications for prospective interns for Summer 2013. Summer internships are open to current or former students enrolled in higher education or early career professionals wishing to gain additional experience.

In 2013, the Hunt Museum will offer a range of summer internships which give participants hands-on experience in specific Museum departments. Internships are unpaid.

Education and Public Programmes Summer Internship
(2 to 4 Months)
In this internship, participants will contribute to the day-to-day running of the Museum's summer programme including children's summer camps, Heritage Week, and other special events and festivals. Interns will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the 2013/14 public programme.

Archives and Collections Summer Internship
(2 to 4 Months)
In this internship, participants will work in the Museum's archive to contribute to the digitisation and documentation of the collection, records and ephemera.

Application Deadlines:

Late applications may be accepted but preference will be given to applications received on time

Summer 2013 (1 June - 30 September 2013): 5.00pm Wednesday 17 April 2013
