Hi folks, I know this topic has come up many times before, but I'm looking for recommendations for a new collection database program. We work with students, many of whom go on to work at museums with Past Perfect databases. So, on the one hand, I see how it would be good for us to have this program too. However, I have heard that PP is a "dying" program, with dwindling tech support. Do you all agree or disagree? If PP is fading, what will replace it? Our collection is not huge, maybe 1200 art objects - mostly 20th century works on paper. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
