Hi Ico,

Currently we are not producing an online version of this program. Our ultimate goal is to create a series of online versions of our various EMP career-related workshops, but we aren’t there just yet.

In the meantime, you might want to get a copy of the AAM  book I co-edited last year (with Wendy Luke), A Life in Museums: Managing Your Museum Career. You’ll find many practical chapters on everything from getting started in your career, to resume and cover letter writing, to interviewing, career changes, considering grad school, managing from the middle, and more. It is available in the Alliance bookstore online: https://www.aam-us.org/ProductCatalog/Product?ID=182.

Best,

Subject: Re: [MUSEUM-L] EMP Cover Letter Workshops Starting Saturday

Dear Greg, is there any option of remote assistance such as ustream, google hungout, or skype?

I am in New York, and since I am looking for my first job in the US I am really interested in the subject.

Thank you very much.

Ico Romero
