Hello all,

 

I am working with a production company that has asked to use some of photographic material from our collections. Our policy is written as one time use and non-exclusive. The company inquired if we have anything about worldwide / all media / for the life of the project, with in-context promotion. Does anyone have experience working with a large production company and licensing agreements that include terms for worldwide / all media / for the life of the project, with in-context promotion? What did you do?
