The Development Administrator performs fundraising program management duties that enable the agency to fulfill its mission of preserving and promoting Idaho history.  The position provides leadership in the development and implementation of the Agency's comprehensive fund development program, including annual and capital fundraising plans, membership, grants, foundation and sponsors, events, annual fund, and donor cultivation.   The position serves as liaison to the Foundation for Idaho History and other non-profit funding partners.  The Development administrator works with Agency leadership to align Agency program outcomes with funder priorities.  This position coordinates the Agency's legislative program and aligns development efforts with the marketing and branding initiatives of the Agency.  Decisions are complex and non-routine and the consequence of errors impacts the department's internal and external relations. Reports to the Executive Director.
